Info/Policies

LOCATION INFO:

  • Currently home-based nail tech located in Norfolk Norview.

  • In case of severe allergies there are pets in premises. Book accordingly if you feel uneasy about pets.

  • The address will be shown in the appointment confirmation email once you have completed the booking. A text reminder will be sent to you 24-48 hrs before the appointment.

DEPOSIT/PAYMENT INFO

  • Deposits needed to pay will be seen on your appointment info when you book. You will need to pay the deposit to secure the time-slots you booked within 24hrs prior to booking or it will get cancelled if it is not paid. Deposits must be payed through CashApp: $hotdamnnails2 or Venmo: @hotdamnnails.

  • Remaining balance can be made through Venmo, CashApp, or in exact amount of cash. (No CCs accepted at appointments for safety purposes)

RESCHEDULING / CANCELLATIONS

  • You are allowed to cancel & reschedule 48 hours before your appointment. Message or DM me to reschedule. @hotdamnnails. I Currently do not have a work number.

  • One (1) deposit = One (1) reschedule. Please be mindful that if you do reschedule, there are chances that you may not find the soonest possible date and time. NEW POLICY: 3 consecutive reschedules within 3 months will result to no future booking.

REFUNDS or DISSATISFIED WITH YOUR SET/SERVICE ?

  • If you are dissatisfied with any set or service you received and would rather get your money back, you may request this through message or text. However, to avoid future mishaps, any refunds given will result in no future bookings with me.

UPON ARRIVAL / LATE / NO SHOW

  • Please be mindful that I only have time to do services depending on the time YOU booked.

  • Services, length, design downgrades will need to be mentioned 48 hours before your appointment or you will need to pay for the time slots you originally booked.

  • No extra guests please!

  • 15 minutes late without notice, your appointment will automatically be canceled. (ALL info about refunds are listed above)

  • Repeatedly arriving late (15 mins or later), rushing the appointment, or (1) incident of No text-no show will result in no future bookings with me.

TECH'S RIGHT TO CANCEL

  • Due to unexpected emergencies such as illness and family matters and etc., cancelation of appointments may happen. In this situation, you will be given the option to refund the deposit or reschedule with a discount.

  • Please cancel your appointment if you are sick or have any symptoms of flu/cold. If you arrive to your appt with flu symptoms, I will automatically cancel the appointment on the spot. You will have a choice to reschedule or deposit refund.

  • Please let me know your expectations during your design consultation or at the time of your appointment so that your needs can be met.

REPAIRS

  • After 5 days of getting a fresh set or fills it will be ($3-$10per nail) for repairs. For nail repair booking, DM me on Instagram or text 757-231-7978 .

  • Any FRESH SET nails that break within 5 days of your appointment can be repaired for free.
